WHAT IS COACHING?

It is a process of supporting individuals navigate and
excel in various aspects of their lives by unlocking their
inner potential. This is done in a structured manner of
deep inquiry pertaining to areas that are most
important to them. These areas can be for personal
and professional development, career planning,
decision-making, goal-setting and essential life skills.

It is important to note that life coaching is not therapy
or counseling. While therapists usually focus on mental
health issues and past experiences, coaches
concentrate on the present and future, helping
individuals move forward and take action towards
their desired outcomes

Who is a coach

A Coach is a trained professional who works one on one in a purely Confidential manner to understand YOU. Everything is about YOU in a safe space that will allow you to think freely. The engagement is specific to the individual with complete focus to identify and overcome challenges they
face and goals they want to pursue. The Coach and the individual work on building a supportive relationship that is devoid of any bias, prejudice or personal opinion. The basic idea is to accept who you are and how you can grow while normalizing setbacks, practicing self compassion and work
